Nancy Drew eBay Finds

Here are some recent finds from eBay that I'll group together in this posting since they relate to the Nancy Drew Files series which was in print from 1986 to 1997 with 124 titles. This was a spin off series to the regular classic Nancy Drew series. The classic Nancy Drew books were for the 8 or 9 to 12 year old set. The Files were for teens and they involved more romance and even murders. I liked them a lot-these came out when I was in high school and I enjoyed reading these in addition to the classics. I wouldn't mind seeing these repackaged and released again with new covers!

Above and right below are images of some hardcover Files books - by Cover Craft which I recently found in a buy it now lot at eBay. I hadn't seen these before so I was excited to find them.

I'm always looking for box sets too and spotted this one that I didn't have.

And last but not least, this photo was used for an article when the Files series debuted and was being sold by a newspaper archive - it was nice that it was in color as sometimes they are in black and white.

It often goes in spurts lately at eBay where I will sometimes find a lot of things at once like all of these items. So, if you've given up looking at eBay since it's mostly a lot of new and the same old re-listings at times, keep checking as there's always something I find weekly!
