Nancy Drew Sleuthing Tip #2
When Nancy finds herself about to be tied up by villain Stumpy Dowd in #3, The Bungalow Mystery, she hold her hands in a particular manner—an old detective trick she read about—in order to be able to slip out of her bonds.
@sequesterednooks - no I haven't but I believe that author Penny Warner has people demonstrate this during her ND Guide talks and did so at one of our conventions--I think it was probably at Pasadena and the one in PA. And it seemed to work if I recall.

Has anyone ever tried the trick to see if it actually works? (I can't recall how clear the description of it was).
